About Better Things Season 1 Web Series

Sam Fox (Pamela Adlon) is a struggling Hollywood actress, and a single mother to three rebellious daughters — Max (Mikey Madison), Frankie (Hannah Alligood), and Duke (Olivia Edward).

While Max is a teenager, and Frankie is on the cusp of adolescence — trying to understand her sexual identity — Duke is still in high school. From across the street lives Pamela’s mother Phil (Celia Imrie).

All through the season, Pamela juggles between her odd acting jobs, typical mother-daughter conflicts, the mundane tasks of routine, and equally malfunctioning dating life.
