Product seems good and worth for the money. But the product arrived with some damage. I have requested for a replacement, but not yet actioned, still awaiting for technician visit and repair/replacement.

Good machine. A lot of wash programs. But wrong product description. There is no dryer in this machine, just regular spinner. I had called and asked flipkart helpline regarding the dryer prior purchasing and they said yes dryer will be there as it is mentioned in product description. But there is no dryer function.

Machine built quality is good with touch controls but you need a 16 amp converter/ adaptor to plug in to mains Wash quality is good so far and consumes less water.Only drawback was the installation guy who has limited knowledge about this machine and was not confident with his answers.More over the machine was slightly noisy during spin function .rest everything else was perfect. I hope it will work at least 5 years hassle free. Good deal for an 8 kg washing machine as other brands were offering around 35k to 40k.

Delivery man was very rude, he left washing machine outside of house.

Manual says that there is a smart plug accesory which must be used otherwise guarantee could be void but it is not included and Flipkart helpdesk has no clue about it.
