I received a defective refrigerator. After several calls and frustration, finally got the replacement. So even though it was a bitter experience, I was not let down by Flipkart. That's why they are the best. My suggestion to flipkart is to sell quality products to customers. No one should experience what I had to. Thanks Flipkart for helping out.

I have ordered product, it came after 9 days and after that it remain in box for almost 9 days. I have constantly contact customer support about issue but they only promise next day it will get done. My advice do not buy heavy electronics like Refrigerator, AC from Flipkart at any COST.

Waste product from electrolux

It's very disappointing to say that despite 2 to 5 business days installation firm commitment from flipkart.com, the installation is still pending. The time limit got over on Fri 21 Oct, as the product was delivered to me on 15th Oct Sunday. Despite many calls to flipkart & my conversation with some senior exe, only promise was given that I should wait till 5 business days & resolution shall surely take place. I am still waiting for the service engineer who will do the installation. I have never seen such a poor coordination & false commitment case so far. Disappointing FLIPKART back office team
