Bought this Quality Product from the House of Eureka Forbes on 06.11.2018 after viewing Demo twice. Feel the difference of air quality while sleeping from Day1 itself. Slight noisy at Top Speed. Weight 4 KGs. Compact 9 stage Filter Frame to be cleaned once in two months and to be replaced after use of 3000 hours at a cost of around Rs.2000/-.

Its a good air purifier for home use of dr.aquaguard trusted brand useful for commercial purpose and office use.thank you

After a year machine is useless without replacement filter and service, which they failed to provide, even after lodging complain several times over period of two yrs

The customer care center at BH-Block, SHALIMAR BAGH, DLEHI provides you with a pathetic experience.They are uncouth and blatantly refuse to provide any service. They refused to provide me the filters.Worst experience with the customer care.Product performance is satisfactory though.

Very poor service ... My many wastage please don't go for it . its 25 days my product is not working, despite of being under warranty I have complained many times but not proper response.

Patheic service from eureka forbes.asked me for 3500 for filter. Not expected from eureka Forbes. Very poor service. Infact no service

good air purifier but worst support that you can?t imagine of. i bought an scpr 1100 about few years back and it stopped working after a year, upon complaining to their customer care, they sent a technician from eureka forbes who seem to have no knowledge about the product. i had to wait fir months for spares which eventually didn?t arrive. i bought this product online from their site @ rs 39k approx , it ran well for 1.5 years and then wouldn?t switch on, it is a complete waste of money. take extreme caution and don?t go by their name for air purifiers.

Equipment work fine initially, You will feel bad when filter exhausts. Customer care relayed on third party service support and worst part was filter for this model not available in stock . You need to chase the Eureka customer care atleast for 6 months to get one filter.My suggestion on this product is good ,but customer support is bad with zero stocking of spares. Please go for any purifier who can support with filter supply whenever required. FILTER PLAYS vital role for purifier

Seems to be a refurbished or used product delivered. Box is very old with oil stains. Air purifier has removed aticker marks
