I am happy with this product.

An excellent product for your daily use. It can also wash bed sheets with ease.Easy to operate and light in weight, it can be carried any where around the house.It also reduces the amount of water used compared to the normal sized washing machine.We hardly use our normal automatic washing machine now except for spin drying, as it uses twice the amount of water.

It is a nice product for student kind of person. Really very effective for washing.I got what I want!

Works well, very good product, light weight, consumes less space.Does not wash jeans well.

Does what it says and does it well. Especially nice for students. I wish it was available in my undergrad years. It would have been great if it was fully automatic, wash and rinse. i would have given 5 stars then.

New model

I decided to move to this model after having owned 4.6KG model.4.6KG square DMR washing machine issues:Its washing cycle is too harsh thus generating a lot of lint in my cotton clothes. Also the square design means I had to buy inlet and drain pipe extensions which is extra cost for the consumer thus not being 100% plug and play ;) Also the spinner is not exactly useful because it doesn't squeeze water out effectively, if you hang clothes that have been spin dried they will drip water. This is a hassle especially when you are hanging clothes to air dry indoors.Round 4.5KG model:This newer model comes only with washer and surprise surprise! lesser motor capacity of 200W. The previous model has 240W motor capacity. But washes clothes as expected. It arrived in 2 days from ordering via Fedex and the customer service was very courteous and prompt.Pros:+ gentler washing than 4.6kg model+ better design which allows for adjusting the placement of the washing machine at an angle.Cons:- cost (more than older model)- wash cycle *still* a bit too harsh, it could have been gentler in the intervals- no lint bag :(- drain pipe can be longer- horribly pixelated print of their manual
