Amazing quality and performance.Very sleak.

Totally pleased

There is no touch screen, there are no USB slots, I wouldnt recommend it for gaming.And after a few days ( maybe because of dust) sometimes the keys are a little non-responsive - have to click more than ones ( annoying when writing a long angry email)But otherwise, super product - very satisfied with it.Brilliant battery, well spaced keys, back light, super sharp loading time, nifty finger printing ...the edge to edge screenI have found no complaints as such.

Great Laptop, Runs smooth without any noticeable lag even while putting it through some really extreme tasks. Has comparatively less storage thanks to the SSD but that's nothing a external drive can't fix.

Good Laptop,Performance wise very nice, Was able to run ML programs fluently as well.Though, one time I faced motherboard related issue, but Got repaired for free, by Dell

This laptop looks very outdated, for thr same specs Go for Asus Zen Book 3 its 20% Cheaper and lighter with better color options

Battery backup is pathetic, please don't waste your hard-earned money on this product. Doest last for 3 hours. Where as Dell claims 8 to 10 hours.

Got this product delivered on 25th and today I got a popup on screen that the battery is not working.Contacted Dell and they did BIOS tests and confirmed that battery needs to be replaced.
