this laptop installed win10 but when i start its hang on. very slow to open. how to resolve

One of the worst product,it's start to hang within a month. Mostly it's shows MS OFFICE, EXCEL, POWERPOINT are not working ( Not responding ). And another issue is also arise when I open the laptop , and ready to enter the password and then it's not working any key.Only screen is opened, neither start nor shutdown. And fingerprint sensor is in image only not in reality
