Dell Latitude 7490 User Reviews and Ratings

Whoever wrote the bad review must be brain dead. Who are these people complaining about the brightness. Are they from another planet. This laptop has a beautiful screen, and i can hardly tell the difference between my 7490 and my apple macbook Pro retina. It has a full compliment of ports, the keyboard is top rate, and the battery last 10 hour or more with normal use. The review must have gotten the lower resolution on. Too bad, he needs to do more research himself next time. Aside from the brightness issue he did not have more else to say. This computer has got very good review from almost everyone. This guy stands alone. if not a great laptop, it is close enough to it.

I am writing this with a feeling like am cheated. I am very unhappy this time. I paid 2 lac rupees for purchasing the most advanced Laptop Dell E7490 with highest available configuration. To my surprise this model had poor brightness which is affecting my work & I am not able to use it even for a single day. This kind of Laptop is not available on any Dell store for viewing also, thats why one has to rely on the Online available specs only. Even after Complaint the Dell Engineer has also written in his report that this E7490 has yellow tint & text is not CLEAR as compared to other Laptops. I will never recommend this to anyone, because of such poor sales support. Due to this Poor image viewing, I get a severe Headache due to its low brightness & yellow tint. Even the Finger Print sensor is Mediocre & takes 20 secs to open. Seriously a failed Laptop. Dell must do research before launching such Laptop & should understand the Customer concern & help them.
