Very Nice Laptop.

i5 8th generation read advantage and disadvantageif you are planning to purchase a laptop under 70000 rupees then know the following things. Here I will only tell you the advantage and disadvantage of this product so you can better decide and invest the precious money at the right place so let's start.##########Advantage-##########1) this laptop has 4GB ddr4 ram which is very good to do multitasking. You can also upgrade the RAM in future upto 16 gb if you want but according to me 4 GB sufficient for a normal user if you do not do video rendering and high-end gaming.2) hp i5 7 th generation3) build quality of this laptop is very good. When I press to the keyboard then I saw minimum flex into i4) exhaust fan is provided at the back soon it is easy to put in your lap5) the processor is clocked at 1.6 gigahertz which can be boosted up to 3.15.7) it has Intel core i5 7th generation processor which is a very good processor under this price range.8) numpad is provided so if you are a businessman it is good.9) good battery backup10) full HD display11) backlight keyboard#############Disadvantages#############1) more colour option should be provided2) I did not find more problems considering the price if I found anything wrong I will update in the future.Final words-overall is the best laptopgood decision to buy★★★ please click on like button if u like my review🙏🙏🙏🙏

I'm using this laptop for office work like presentations, spreadsheets, CRM, sometimes movies.. youtube... I never had a problem with this.PROS:* Awesome build quality* Good screen coloring* Sound quality is decent for this price range* Battery life is awesome - Gone for around 8 hours idle+workCONS:* Gets a little slow when running too many applications however not a major problem

Received the product as promised, the only issues I've been facing is that the touchpad-mousepad isn't intact as it is in the new pieces, the pad feels loose as if mishandled or used. On complaining to Amazon, the visiting engineer certified it as OK but it still doesn't seems new.Other than touchpad, no issues with the product.

Charger out of order. What should I do

Don,t waste your money on Dell products. Now a days they are getting these laptops from china and cutting costs. products are useless. I purchased one few months back and i have called so many times to Dell customer care that i remembers half of the Gurgaon and Bangalore support teams by name. Now getting refund thru consumer court.

Dell sale its features component wise, they had not provided me Wifi and Bluetooth with this model and now charging Rs 2500 for it. Hopeless.

Please don't waste you time here, there are other good online shop from where you can get this product..... Fake pictures uploaded.... Actual product is way different... No fps on the system...

I am giving ONE star to this laptop because I cannot give ZERO.The Screen of this Laptop is ridiculous. It is so bad that you would NOT feel like working on it at all.I highly advice you all to NOT buy this laptop. If you are highly impressed by all other features, please do check the screen in some store yourself before deciding.PS: This is NOT a rant but a very practical advice, I have used multiple brands in the past - Thinkpad, HP, Acer, Apple; but this is the WORSE experience I have had with a laptop.
