Seems like most poor reviews are either one off instances or people not reading the description or not what they personally prefer.... Or people think compters are MAGIC!! I haven't had much issue with it since I bought it. Only issue Ive come across is sometimes the touch pad registers as a right click, but that's probably more my fault than the computer's. S*** happens. I still like it!

I'm really enjoying this laptop - great value for the cost. So glad the Windows 8 upgraded to Windows 10 yesterday at no additional charge! Battery life could be a bit better.

Delivers on what was promised. Tons of storage and great visual imagery. Only 2 minor issues. Not having a CD drive is a bit sad, but I knew that before I bought it. Also the keyboard is shifted towards the left for room for 10 numbers (0-10 and +-*/), making it feel a little weird from an ergonomic standpoint. Overall good product for its price.

I am enjoying my laptop. I like that it has full keyboard and amazing display. Happy about the storage. One star less because its a bit heavy. It becomes a pain sometimes carrying it back & forth from the school.

to big ...I should return ....dont take me wrong its a good computer....just to big ....I tried to return or exchange for small size but I have to pay for ship back $80.00 to much money ..

I was HIGHLY disappointed in this item! I have had it for ONLY six months and its terrible!! I take care of all of my belongings but no matter what this computer would not cut it! Viruses easily got installed, crashed on every website!! I hate it. My 300$ hp from walmart lasted me 2years

bad laptop, after 14 months LCD failure: blackout could not find way to fix it. throw it away after 14 months....?

Actually it is not performing as I was expecting. It is quite slow even for home use......disappointed!

Bad unit

It has not worked since I got it. I have been in the phone w Dell for over 4 hours. They were really nice, but the computer is still not working. They want me to get back in the phone w them for 30 min to finally fix it. Trying to find another 30 min for them
