This is a good home use laptop. We use six other laptops for office work as well including other models from Dell, Wipro, HP etc. etc. Performance is superlative for applications such as MS Office, Matlab, Jupyter Notebooks etc... Only issue we have are two: 1. Heat: With a metal body, this is an issue 2. Battery: We cannot add extended battery packs. That is an issue.

Excellent laptop with vivid screen. Very light and very fast. Face recognition feature is awesome. But battery life is poor, hardly two hours. It gives premium feeling. Recommended for the buy. Manufacturer needs to improve the battery.

The best machine yet ! Just go if you are looking for extreme portability. It never let?s you down.pros :1. excellent Display2. decent SSD's speed3. very sleek and ultra portable4. touch pad and keys are extremely well built.5. powerful machine with quad core processor.cons :1. battery backup not up to the mark. max. 5 hours of mixed usage2. gets warm when connected to power - but thats not a deal breaker3. adaptive brightness issue. - i personally didnt like its brightness mechanism. they say they made it to extend battery power.its a good machine if you are looking for something portable , sleek and powerful machine.

This is great 2 - 1 at this price . The touch screen is superb , the build quality is good and the machine has been made with high quality materials . For a sub 1000 $ machine Dell has put in a lot of effort to deliver a wow experience.

Nice laptop. Very light weight and comfortable. But sometimes screen blinks unexpectedly and then we need to force restart the system.

The box does not have Product License key of original MS Office 2016 and Windows 10. Dell is also not able to help and get it to us, though they said that Microsoft will send it by Email....We have ben following up regularly for last 10 days but no result.

Excellent computer. Fast and furious, and extremely convenient. One side USB not working though. In contact with Dell. Hopefully they will change or fix it soon

Light weight, fast - it turns on in few seconds and it's performance is better than I expected, very good sound and beautiful laptop

Build quality is good. Battery life is 4-5 hours (which depends on your usage). Screen quality is also good (since it's an IPS panel so you won't feel colors shifting even when seen from angles) and I think it's worth spending 10k over non convertible Dell's laptop

I got this for 65k in freedom sale. I?m happy with the product. It?s value for money product.Pros:- beautiful, feels premium- fast- handy- thin-2 in 1 laptopCons:- Microsoft Office not activated.....many people are facing this issue..... contact Microsoft customer care, they?ll sort it out.- anti glare is not upto standards, during daytime screen acts like mirror even with full brightness, that?s irritating while watching movies

Good product

I am using it for the last 8 months. It's a very good laptop to use it for home purpose. Stylish..full hd..slim..nice configuration. Audio is at lower end and produces shrill sound on high pitch videos. Battery is just ok. 3-4 hrs back up depending on use.

I have used this laptop for 2 years. Very happy with the product but only issue is battery life.Good looks.

Battery is poor

The performance is great and the built is premium but I am surprised that Dell didn't care for battery in this laptop. The battery life is horrible and may last for a maximum of 4 hours which is not expected in such a premium 7000 series Inspiron.

Gets Heated within 2/3 mins of use, can't use keeping on lap
