Charging adaptor is not good...☹️

Before buying this Laptop i had inquired in few places and got to know that Dell had stop manufacturing this product because limited sell but this the one I am looking for 15 inch touch screen with i7 processor. really loving it

Without warranty

It's definitely a refurbished laptop I bought on 25th October 2018 and never ever gave desirable performance and now it's totally non functional.I contacted dell and was replied that we can't provide any service as it does not have any India warranty.raisef the matter along with all correspondences with dell on amazon.badlly stuck with such exorbitant purchase .now all waiting for Amazon Rey.Hope I get justice , keeping fingers crossed

Refurbished laptopVery slow

The product is falsely advertised. It weighs 4.5 kg, NOT 1.55 kg. It is heavy and performance is just okay. Extremely disappointed

Not worth of the money. It starts heating up very quickly and it's really slow when compared to other laptops. The laptop starts making these weird sounds after three to four months. I would have given it a zero star rating

It has hardware issues within 3 weeks

Bought this laptop on 13th Oct 2018. Received this will just 9 month warranty after many calls for almost 1 month we got this resolved.We bought this high configuration laptop for good performance but without even starting a single application disk shows 100% usage. Works worst than a lowest configuration modal. Above all DELL is not serious about the issues we are struggling with.I think any laptop with the lowest configuration can work better, so avoid buying this.We have not used yet after 4 months because of the issues.Pathetic device with worst service.
