There was a hardware problem with the PC. It went to Dell repair shop. They fixed the hardware but uninstalled my Windows 10 software. I've never been able to reinstall the software. I want to return the computer. My availability for returns expired on March 18, 2019. Can I do a return anyway? I'm a longtime customer. Thanks, Bob, Houston, TX. Pardon my using this box for returns, but y'all make it hard to find return help.

Excellent product

I've only had it a couple of hours, but it has been working really well so far. No complaints. Updates can be a little slow, but once installed, they should make the computer faster. The battery lasts about 6 hours. The speakers are surprisingly loud and clear! It delivers on all of it's promises.

Excellent mid range product from Dell. Good looking, extremely functional, durable and with excellent battery life, this computer is well worth the purchase.

Slick design, light, powerful, and pretty good size. I thought the 15.6" would be bigger and bulky than 13" but so far I like it. Processor is fast and graphics are pure HD. Bench tests must follow...

This two in one lap in my opinion is everything you need for a home computer, and when you need to go away for a week or a couple of months just put it in is travel bag and go no need to come home to three thousand e-mails or worry about your checks being deposed. I originally had a tower with a twenty inch monitor lasted fifteen years however there's no putting it in a travel bag and leaving, I even use it in the motel when we stop for the night...Richard

Excellent. I had reviews that the screen brightness was less compared to others, but I found the screen gorgeous. However, I do not use the laptop outside so that may the issue. Others seemed to have had heating issues. I do not. The keyboard does not have a numpad. That itself is not a problem but the resulting keyboard takes some getting used to, about a day's time. That was the major issue that I found. I also found the lack of stylus as an option another issue. The Laptop did not update to Fall Creator's Update it just kept downloading and preparing to install. This goes into a loop. Was not a problem as I have unlimited downloads or no FUP limit. Otherwise, you may exhaust all your FUP for the one update. I used windows update assistant after confirming that this model was tested for the 1709 update. It went flawlessly. All in all, the laptop is very good. Very few issues. I am completely satisfied.

Perfect Laptop

Awesome product... Bought it for 69990. Decent battery backup, Good touch response. The screen is just awesome. Not a gaming laptop, can play games like Dota 2, GTA IV, CS:GO. Supports windows hello so it unlocks using facial recognition.

Phenomenal 360' laptop. Great design, great specs, good build quality (though not metallic body), great pricing (got it for 60k under the exchange programme), beautiful screen (1080p), 360 functionality is an absolute must. Only negative is that, though it has kaby lake i7 processor (7th gen) it is still laggy sometimes! other cons: no Optical disk reader, little bit heavy, no laptop bag!

Awesome product! Delivered within 2 days by Flipkart.The product was beyond my expectations. Great Truelife Display and Awesome Sound effects. My other option was Lenovo YOGA 520 series but that was only a 14 inch and I needed a bigger 15.6 inches screen with a 2 in 1 and this was the option I could blindly go for. Touchscreen is perfect and although I had read a few negative things about battery backup but It is also quite Good gave me upto 6-7 hours with moderate use. It also has a cool Face recognition feature. Viewing angles are very good and backlit keyboard is attractive. Overall it's the best laptop a money can buy.
