Dell Inspiron 5567 User Reviews and Ratings

Owner of this model since August 2017. From then until today its problem is that the screen closes when I move it. Since the first year there is this problem with the screen and they have failed 2 times to fix it for me!they have changed the screen and the keyboard and the problem continues to this day! I have spoken to the technical support these 3 years many times, diagnosing it and simply telling me to update it.They are telling me that I have done something to it because it's off guarantee and when I tell them that I have the same problem with it since the beginning they tell me that they dont know that.And I tell them to come test it so they can see that it's their problem but they dont accept it.The only solution is to pay 75 euros to renew the guarantee and then they will fix it.Its unbeliavale that they blame me for a problem that existed from the beginning of buying the laptop and now they do nothing. So called serious company.When my new couch from Ikea broke,they replaced it within a week.and dell can't even send someone to test the laptop and see that the problem is the same 3 years now!!

Good laptop ...

Making the review really short:* bought it from dell exclusive show room.Pros* full hd display*back light keyboard*slimCons*battery backup is ok...*a little heating issue when using it over the lap.Nothing much cons really. Go for it.

Excellent performance

Good but please change the description from 3.5ghz to 2.5ghz and overclocked to 2.7ghz. Otherwise the specs are perfect and received same. Love the computer. Packed safe and arrived on time.

Best laptop with best aWsome spec

The laptOp is excellent with latest Specification anD build quality even silky glory screen all are pretty much great, I plaY a game Witcher the wild Hunt 3 anD Graphics are unbelievable. Battery is decreasing fast while plainG game on high performance graphics, it's take 55min to 1 hour tO gettinG down frOm 100% battery to 7% anD it's horrible think to me. Otherwise normal battery life is 5 hours continuously workinG. Hope feedback will help yOu.

Laptop is very nice high performance.Battery easily works for 5.5 hours.Heavy applications mat-lab , android studio runs smoothly.I have been using this master piece past 2 months and have no problem with it.I just want to get my harddisk replaced with a SSD and my laptop will be super-fast.Most of the bad review are because of amazon service not that the product is bad.Display could have been improved but it's completely fine at this price, you may compare it will Lenovo ideapad 510 but I feel Dell is better.

Best product. Have been using for a month now. No issues so far. Please update windows (which are quite large in size) as soon as you get the laptop. And please check the warranty.

Laptop is the best for this priceI loved it

The laptop is awesome. Initially there were some hiccups and the laptop had to be formatted. How ever Dell provided the online image for the laptop and once the image is installed, the laptop is now smooth and really nice.

This laptop is really good. I like this laptop and it has backlit keyboard.But the worst thing is that I got two times only blue colour laptop after replacing it. I wanted to get grey or black colour, finally I changed the seller and gave order then I got grey colour.

Every thing is just perfect.

Awesome specs, although speed does not seem to be justifying 8gb RAM.No other complaints. Device is heavy so not recommended if you need to carry it around.

Best product for this price. Smooth performance for Photoshop, illustrator working. Sound and display is good. Nice for gaming too. Recommended.

Good product. But one problem is there in description about processor that, processor speed is 3.1 GHz but actually it was turbo bust up to 3.1GHz. At leptop properties shown 2.5GHz processor speed.

Got this Laptop for my brother from Compuindia. Should have purchased it from Amazon or Flipkart, better prices offered.I thought they are Dell affiliates so their service will be good. They seem to be messy in handling extended warranties and giving gift vouchers. I purchased from them and they say their records don't match for giving out gift vouchers.HP adds them directly at the time of placing order from their site.Good thing is Laptop is working fine and I hope service from Dell in future will be good enough, unlike their 'affiliates'.
