Fantastic!

cant beat this for the price. I love it. Dell has upped its game and I bought two more Dells after buying this one. I was so impressed with the quality improvements.

I really liked this laptop. I had a chrome book before and i am totally happy with it. I love using it. Its fast and seems to be easy to use. Small enough for a good travel unit. But large enough to see everything on the screen. Couldn't be happier. I have always liked dell computers and this one does not disappoint.

fantastic laptop, fast and big screen

I have been using this for a few months now, Speed is good and when I play movies on the BIG screen the sound and picture are excellent.

Great laptop a great price

I bought this laptop over two years ago, and used it consistently for nine months while I was overseas. It is light and durable, and adequate for most tasks. If you're a hardcore gamer, this isn't for you, but you can play games like�

would give it five stars but the keyboard is not back lit, $65.00 later and it will be... upgraded to 16 gig of RAM and this thing absolutely flies!!!!great computer after upgrades

great value for the money.

Still getting use the the precision touch pad, but it's a great machine. Very Fast and handles all my apps and large storage needs.

I have been using this laptop since 5 years and it still serves its master. The specifications are a match for the price paid. But it lacks the backlit for the keyboard. Rest all works well.

I did not know the memory is this much low my cell phone is even have more space than it. But everything else is great. Fast, clear

2 of the keys on the number pad did not work when I received it.

It's a decent laptop at a good price but I hate the nagging ads that keep asking me if I want to buy the Premimum backup features, etc.I have not found a way to turn off the "hover" auto-click that makes it act as if I've clicked a button when I leave the cursor still too long. (Have emailed tech support and gotten suggestions. None of which have done any good. .)I bought a Dell because I need this for business and didn't want a lot of extra junk. But it seems full of Dell junk that I can't turn off. Very irritating.The longer I've had it the more I hate it. Still haven't been able to get rid of all the unnecessary, and sometimes just plain wrong, nag screens that pop up from time to time.

Bulky laptop. I am a little disappointed with the ergonomic of the keyboard lay out. I am stuck with it for a few years!

It didn't work properly

Disappointed with this laptop. I bought 3 months ago and there's always a blue screen saying that my laptop need to restart. Unhappy with my purchase and now I can't return anymore.

Slow, slow, slow, must me a lemon we got, Cortona was installed, doesn't work, most of the link do not work.I wish I would have buy something else

DON'T BUY THIS LAPTOP. Don't recommend this product to anyone. Dell products are terrible and keep getting worse. They force updates on your computer every other day and once they are done, the computer just gets slower. It randomly shuts off and will freeze all the time.

I opened up my laptop after several years of use to discover that the memory was not 6gb which it claimed in the product description. That is super shady business practice. I would recommend purchasing from a competitor.
