Ordered at 10 AM, Flipkart delivered the product at 5 PM, same day. Pros: 1. Laptop is small and sleek, exactly as per my requirement 2. Touchscreen works well. Screenguard recommended though Cons: 1. Takes time to adjust to the mousepad 2. Base is not flat, hence it feels odd to type while keeping the laptop on a firm surface 3. I have 2 other Dell laptops at home. The charger port in this laptop is not the same as that in the other laptops. Overall, I am very happy with the laptop, as well as the super-fast delivery by Flipkart.

It is a very nice product from Dell. I totally replaced my inspiron 14 inch touch laptop with inspiron 3000 2 in 1. Nice looks, light weight and the tab mode is awesome. Spec is good enough to run adobe photoshop CS5 and Asphalt 8 quite smoothly and fast. Havent tried heavier applications and games since I wont be using them. I wanted a laptop for productive work when I am at work, away from home. Also I wanted a tab since I travel frequently and wanted a mode of entertainment for reading books, playing games and watching videos. Chose this over ipad, lenovo yoga 2 tablet and 12 inch laptops. Quite satisfied by the way this product meets my both requirements. But totally disappointed with flipkart. Ordered this on 25/10/2014 since Dell was offering extended warranty for purchases up to 26/10/2014. But it took 02 days for flipkart to confirm my order after payment. At delivery, shocked to see the invoice date was 27/10/2014 !!! I almost lost 8000 bucks because of the poor response of flipkart. When I contacted flipkart regarding this, they were quick to respond. But they were in no mood to help. Made me wait for a week to say they were helpless and cant do anything. I dont know where my money has gone from 25th October to 27th October!!! Thanks to Dell, who as usual were at their best while dealing with customers and they extended me their Diwali offer despite the late invoice date.

Dell 11- 3148 is overall a very good product. +With Core i3 processor it runs quite fast. +Touch screen experience is pretty good. +Excellent sound and video playback quality.

This is a very good hybrid laptop from DELL simply perfect.Its touch screen has got a very nice fell to it and screen resolution is also very good which can play HD videos at very good clarity.

Impressed by the price and specs, I bought this about 3 months back. Pretty satisfied. Pros: Speed, Touch, weight, Portability Cons: Plastic used is fragile and is cracking at places Paint at the bottom is wearing out Wifi issues, buy I think this is more of driver issue Tablet mode is not very useful

I simply loved this laptop. It's too slim and light. Perfect for carrying around. Since its 11.6" so sensitive eyes like mine face a bit of a problem... but am hoping to get adjusted to it. But what I disliked is the seller was extremely slow. The product was not even shipped till I gave a reminder to Flipkart. I'm a regular buyer at Flipkart and this was the slowest delivery considering this was the highest price product I bought from Flipkart.

I chose to buy this product from flipkart with a Flipkart Advantage. The system had an overheating issue from the moment I turned this on. 2 days hence the machine would not even turn on. I ordered a 1.7 GHz processor and received a 1.9 one. Asked for a replacement. Its been 5 days since the Laptop team from Flipkart ploclaim to call me and as I'm always "unreachable" the keep on postponing it. Now they simply escalated the issue to Dell which is suggesting to change the Motherboard. I had so much faith in Flipkart which seems to be shattered into pieces. I dont know why they mention this "Flipkart Advantage" when it has nothing to do with customer satisfaction. The seller simply denies for any replacement even if it is under 10 days and you did not get the configuration that you ordered. This is my last product on Flipkart and I can never suggest anyone else to buy laptops from flipkart. Edit: They replaced the laptop even after Dell changed the motherboard. Trust regained

All the people complaining about the keys should shut up. I've been using this laptop for 2 years now and they're still as good as new. In the beginning you will face some problems about the touch and touchpad but it's nothing major. Go to dell.com/drivers and update everything and restart your computer. The touchpad can be a little irritating at times because its not the most sensitive one. But after you install the new drivers increase the sensitivity or even if you can't update you can change those settings in the control panel. You might get a few problems in the wifi section as the adapter has to be reset once in a while because it turns off sometimes but i guess that's not a big deal. Coming to a few things i agree with you people is the scratch magnet bottom. I have big patches of grey at the bottom because the paint wore out. But at the top i have a laptop sticker so no problems there. But it is still in solid condition and the touch is excellent and i have played a few graphic gobbling games on the this laptop but at the lowest possible settings! The intel hd graphics is pretty good. i use photoshop 15 on the laptop and it runs pretty smooth. But if you looking for a laptop that's never going to hang and can play a lot of graphic heavy games then this is not for you.

I was using i7 /8gb . Had to downgrade to i3/4gb cause the last computer stopped working due a fried up motherboard. This one works fine but remove the McAfee and upgrade to Win 10 for speed. Use dropbox or onedrive for your files. Can expand to 8 gb. Till now doing okay. No scratches when the product received. And use a sleeve to protect... You can go with it..

Its a good laptop , with decent battery life.. you can use its as tablet too due to light weight and can completely turn flat .. Very happy with the product after 1 year of regular usage.

Dear Prospective Buyers please read this before buying. There are several negative reviews about this product, but dont go by them. I have bought it few days back through FLIPKART from WS Retail. There is no issue with the product. The charging issue is a software issue which gets solved with an update from Dell. Performance is really good. Very easy to carry because of its lightweight. Gives MAC Book Air a run for its money. Runs 4K videos very easily. Many highend laptops are unable to do so. Battery backup is very good. No negatives as of yet.

Prodict is good Flipkart is not trust worthy. I have recieved a laptop with non supportable charger. Got to know about this after 6 months of purchase, when my laptop charger got out of warranty. Bad experience with flipkart.

Have purchased this laptop from elsewhere and it's now 2 years almost.its working great.speed is good and it is light weight compact stylish.the battery is good as with Dell.The touch is good most of the times but should not b used with keyboard or ur laptop will hang up... over all great buy.

I like the Laptop very much and very compact and light weight, 2 in 1 future is awesome !!! yet following things I am not satisfied with. 1. Prone to scratches. The Body is not so tough 2. When I used as a touch, finger marks are visible all over. No smudge resistance. 3. Keypad has to be bit more sturdy. No other issues, I felt. But the feel of using it overcomes the above facts.
