Great laptop. value for money. Feels So premium. I got metallic finish colour. No finger print scanner. We can upgrade to SSD (Pcie slot). battery - min 3 hours for heavy usage.

Heat emission architecture of the laptop is a little bit compromised to make the laptop sleek. Rest is all good. Bought it for 36 k from flipkart. Keyboard has led lights, which is a surprise. Specifications about usb port are wrong. It is written that on top of 1 USB 2.0 and 2 USB 3.1 ports there is another type C Port also, which is not tru.In total, there are 3 ports. 1 is 2.1 USB and the other 2 are USB 3.1. There is no 4th port for USB. Speakers are fabulous and above expectation. Also, Packing was not upto the mark for such expensive product by flipkart. i got some dust on my laptop also, but laptop was brand new and authentic and genuine Dell.

This FLIPKART and seller is completely busters We didn?t got product But this people said everything was correct from our side I will go and file a case
