Realy nice product

Best laptop in this price.

Using since 4 days continuous on my Excel work battery is good 4 hrs. dell team supported well in installing all the apps and also to activate windows and MS office.

The product is good it has a great design with 2tb Hdd,8gb ram,2gb Radeon graphics with intel integrated graphics,MS office,windows 10 OS,backlit keyboard,15.6FHD display,multitouch touchpad Value for money

Excellent product from Dell. Easy to configure, in fact a lot quicker than a smart phone. Slick and stylish. Comes with in built MS Office. Huge space. Very fast and smooth. The delivery happened a day earlier than the expected day which is commendable considering the restrictions due to Covid-19 crisis.

The product was received on time even in the current pandemic situation. Fully satisfied with the product which had the Windows 10 , MS office installed and the MacAfee subscribed for 15 months. The configuration was amazing for the pricing of around 49k. Overall a good product for Personal use at Home.

Review after one week- Backlit keyboard with soft keys HD display Almost 5 hours battery backup (literally checked on clock) 2 TB HDD Speaker is good Average front cam Standard touch pad I'm using dual boot and it runs smoothly. Flipkart is providing good service in lockdown. Definitely a very good laptop in this budget.

The initial impressions are great. The laptop is well built and it felt less heavy compared to other 15.6 inch laptops. The display was good not great. The battery life was ok. We can expect it to run around 3-4 hours on a full battery. Overall at 48990 its a awesome laptop. The only thing i wanted from it to have an ssd slot. The hard drive is one of the main cause of the slow performance of it.

Super high performance

Review after 3 weeks of usage. Pros: Laptop is awesome in this price range. Display is full HD and very sharp. Battery backup is approx. 3.5 hours in normal usage. Sound quality is good for watching videos/ movies. Keyboard is backlit. It has fingerprint reader. It has 1 USB type C port and 3 normal USB ports (3.0). DVD drive is tray type. 1 headphone /microphone is available. 1 HDMI and 1 LAN port is available. 1 card reader is available. Look wise also its good. WiFi reception is good. Front Cam is average. Cons: Laptop bag is not provided. MS office is not getting activated. I provided my outlook mail id but not getting activated. Even flipkart customer care didn't helped. Warranty shown by dell website is up to April 17, 2019. Flipkart didn't helped in this matter also. Overall it is a good buy. But don't expect that flipkart customer care will help. Its not going to help in any matter. One standard reply from flipkart is please contact service center of Dell.

Review post 3 days usage. (Rating old:3, new:4) Boot up: (Updated) Major improvement post 2 days usage. Better boot up readings. Seems like after dell software updates & check up system got optimized. (Old boot up time 2.5 mins) Display: (Updated) Looks good sharp. Finger print: good. Processor: ok Touchpad: Again standard nothing much to say but it makes more sound on click compared to hp laptop's not so smooth as well. Speaker: sweet. Keyboard: You will definitely like it. key's are soft & good to go full stretch speedy typing.
