Laptop works very well. SSD performs fine. The OS could have been installed on the SSD. Ours came with OS installed in HDD. A good one though.

Works amazing, starts up super fast

Ordered two laptops on a Friday and by Monday they arrived; fast and reliable delivery. Tomorrow it will be 3 weeks and so far so good! It's 15.6". Looks nice, it starts fast, battery lasts; so far haven't had problems, hope it stays that way.

Ordered this this computer on a Sunday and it was delivered on Tuesday. Bought this to use at home to replace a 10 y/o HP laptop. Very good computer, updates are fast as start up and shut down. Very user friendly. i have never owned a Dell before. So far, Very pleased with this purchase

Its has most basic things to do basic work although the price could be considered a little high it really feels like a decent laptop, its quick on most of the tasks, at this price point I would have liked a graphics card.

Everything is good..but i didn't find any finger print reader.

It has a nice big screen and very fast processor. Use it for spreadsheets and editing pictures

Good product for the money and most would love this laptop. I personally do not like the keyboard and wish it was backlit. The touchpad is too sensitive and self scrolls and suddenly screen appears larger. But I simply plugged in my wireless mouse and is much better.

I use this at home, just for bills, a few youtube videos, haven't watched a movie on it. So far it is a nice computer, fast, pages load quickly, color is nice. The only drawback for me is that there is no back light for the keyboard, so I bought a table lamp, problem solved.

It's a good computer. But only good. The fan runs loudly and constantly, and its always hot. :/

This is just a regular Laptop . I am not sure how the optane works. Still not booting fast or opening folders. Average gaming experience. Best price on Amazon. I paid more from retail store

The computer was supposed to have 20 g of ram with 4 dedicated and 16 optimal for very fast use and it only came with 4g. There was no dvd player as stated and the 1T hardrive is actually 900g not a teribyte. I am very disappointed because the screen resolution is awesome but this computer runs slower than my old lenovo which is 5 years old. The battery runs out pretty fast especially if your using anything graphic intensive, which this laptop boosts that it can do, but it doesn't work fast or well.
