This is the cheap laptop available in the market. everything is good in this lappy, I am using it for a few months on Windows 8 The battery performance is vgood 4-8hrs it's depends on your uses and settings what you set it for. Set maximum battery and performance mode into intel display driver People who complaining it about Driver DVD and OS recovery DVD Dell doesn't provides Driver and OS recovery DVD It comes with MS-DOS persons who want it to purchase should manually download the drivers for windows users It's worth the buy. Very recently I have got this laptop from Flipkart. the name DELL says it all. Its a good buy within this Price range. There are one two minor problems or rather you can say hindrances which you might face while you use, such as the hard disc is not equally divided into 2 or 3 hard Disc drive and you can also have a little problem with the new updated windows 8.1 OS, but with time it will be fun using

DELL INSPIRON 15 3542 this i under top 10 laptops by dell and i must say the touch along with win 8.1 work incredible together. I3 processor is quite good specially the 4 th gen. I have used until 300 GB of the total internal storage of this laptop and there seems to be no problem with the speed. The laptop is excellent in gaming as well thanks to Intel graphics. As far as its price is concerned no other laptop can beat up with it. Just the thing is its a little heavy bcoz of its size, but doesn't matter u will get used to it.

3 Years Has been passed, since I am using this laptop. This laptop is preety good.Specially it's fast processor and USB3.0. it also has bluetooth, which I really like. HDMI port and DVD Driver makes it very good.

Laptop is running good, but not satisfied with total product package delivered, window 8 is part of product, but not get window 8 cd or window 8 product key along with laptop, I dont get product key sticker on it, this makes it difficult for doing many updations. Second thing warranty issue is there , in system it is showing my warranty expire on june 2015, but I puchase in August 14, it must give me one year warranty full as it was mentioned during purchase. I mail to flipkart, but get only one autogenerated mail till now. This is complete fraud of giving wrong commitment before purchase which doesnt match to final product.

This is one of the laptop that students recommend. Easy to use and its operating on Windows. I like it the most. I recommend to all. Only drawback is that the webcam is little low, if it is corrected then it would be the BEST.

i got this product at a very low price and 1 day delivery

I purchased this one for 30100 on Jan 25th, As usual delivery is good with prompt delivery and packing. Installed windows 7 alongside Ubuntu and both are running smoothly. Satisfied with the features. But completely unhappy with build. Just like any normal Dell Laptops it does not have curve edges which makes bit difficult to fit in many laptop bags.(earlier HP lappy used to fit well in same bag). Now comes the major complaint, its about keyboard, the layout is small and typing makes inconvenient, keys are very very delicate, and letter "A" has popped out from keyboard within 10 days of normal use (no games, no much typing). I hope Dell would take some care for newer releases. Apart from keyboard, everything seems to be fine, slim look, sound is good, display is Ok and no heating issue. If I had the good build quality, I would have given 5 stars.

The Laptop is working very good and more comfortable to work for a long time. I daily work 13-14 hours on the laptop and it is working very fine. I never face any issue with performance and dell support is awesome. I called them 2 times for an accidental case and within 2 days they replace my part.
