Good looking, sleek and light weight. Being an i3 processor it's little slow in response. Definitely not for high end games or multiple tasking. But for personal day to day use it's fine. No complains after using for 2 weeks. Overall I am happy.

the laptop has heating issues .. it is slow and when you flip for tablet mode it generates more heat... not worth and once you buy the laptop you are trapped because Dell support will not support you anyways...

HATE THIS MACHINE ...very slow machine , my older acer laptop which has amd athlon processor is faster than this . i contact service center for this issue . but not resolved . after updating the software also same problem persist . plz dont go for this product . It has hdd drive. solid state drive( ssd) machines are faster than this.

The laptop is extremely slow, it hangs every 10 mins. Have tried multiple ways to make it work faster, but nothing seems to work. It's a whopping waste of money.
