There isn't much I can say, really. It came with everything that was offered, runs like a dream, no issues! It also came 2 days earlier than was predicted! Very efficient!

The laptop is awesome,battery life is also good,and the thing missing with this package is Microsoft office. You have to buy by your side.the laptop performance is great

I received the PC today and immediately started to get it configured. Throughout the entire configuration process, and the windows update process, the PC constantly put advertising popups on the screen. There is no way to avoid creating a Microsoft account and they are not shy about telling you that they will be tracking your behavior. None of this has anything to do with the PC itself. I suspect that ALL new PCs have this annoying issue. Once configured, you can find and remove the software apps that are responsible for all the advertising.As for the PC itself, it's fast. It seems to be as fast as some of my tower machines, but it is much faster than the PC it is replacing. Don't expect to get a lot of battery life out of it, though. Battery life is not important to me anyway. In using the PC, the one very distasteful item is the touch pad. It is so sensitive that it's very difficult to get the pointer to stay where you want it. Consequently, I was constantly making choices that I didn't intend, simply because the pointer moved before I could touch the left button under the pad. So, if you buy one of these, invest in a separate mouse and disable that touch pad.The PC comes with Office 365, which means you are tied to Microsoft forever at their annual subscription rates. I don't plan to use Office 365, so this is not a big deal for me. However, I suspect that Microsoft will constantly be asking me to apply for a license.

Nice laptop for the $ spent. Battery seems to run out quicker than was advertised however. The unit is heavier than normal as well. Great graphics and speed so far.

I'm using this laptop for a schoolwork/light gaming machine. Office programs work without incident. On the gaming side of things, this laptop can handle some modern games without any problems with some strange exceptions: Apex Legends runs beautifully on high settings, but Battlefield V runs like hot garbage even on the lowest settings. I definitely recommend this as a supplement to a pre existing gaming PC.

Product is ok but speaker volume level is doubtful .. though m reviewing after 3 days. Full potential to be realised yet

Cool lovely . After 5 days sound stop working and i contact microsoft and they told me sound card was curroppted . I just want say for buying eletronic stuff becareful .

Don't be scammed buy 2019 gen model. They are not even showing front side because of it

Less than 6 months and all 3 USB ports are not functioning properly anymore. Contacted Dell and the will not warranty because the vendor had purchased from Dell a year ago! Buy direct from Dell!

Laptop received DOA. Plugged in power and would not start up. No lights, no power, nothing. Returned for a refund.

the laptop keyboard is not working after 10months and the warranty expired after only 4 months

I will never buy another Dell computer. This was extremely difficult to set up, with no instructions provided. Additionally, it would not connect to my external monitor after all set up was complete, and I had to factory reset in order to connect to the monitor. A week later when I unplugged the monitor from the computer, and plugged it back in, it refused to recognize the monitor again. I called Dell for help and they would not help me, even though I had only had the computer for a week. Amazon Rep was very helpful but we could not solve the problem. This computer is also built like a lead brick, extremely heavy, and several inches larger than other 15.6 inch screen laptops. I don?t know the reason for this, but it?s unappealing to me as it?s too heavy to comfortably move around. After three factory resets, I am done with Dell. I will never ever not ever buy another Dell laptop! Their computers are difficult to navigate and clunky, and their customer service is below zero.
