Great processor speed, but it needs 3D enabling the refresh rate is too slow to enable.

So far so good, it's definitely faster than my old laptop which is a 4th gen I-7. Have been playing some games since I bought it. Everything works perfectly. Love it!

Superb service, very quick delivery and the laptop is gorgeous! It is chunkier than others in the same class but that actually makes it feel much sturdier than the thinner and heavier Gigabyte model I tried as well.

I just bought it couple weeks ago, i dont know why it works really slow when i access to internet or playing game on battery mode, but when i pluging the charge, it works pretty good. Do anyone get this happen??? Really want to return it......

This computer has been great so far after a month. The operating system was even installed on the solid state drive when I received ithe as well which was a huge plus! I was afraid I would have to reinstall the operating system myself on the SSD but it was already done!

The cord likes to fall out at times, it collects fingerprints big time, it is heavy and bulky. Those are my only complaints with this pc. That being the case, it gets 5 stars from me. It runs all of my games as expected. (I had realistic expectations though). I have better battery life than promised, actually. Aesthetically and performance superior. Fantastic PC. I would have paid about $3,000 to get this much on a new pc had I looked elsewhere. It does not get too hot, makes almost no noise (unless I push it hard, to the breaking point of most pc fan capabilities, which I only do for testing purposes). Theatre is awesome too. Good sound, great light show. Feels great, looks great, performs great. The price was great too. I paid $1300 for mine. It may need a few upgrades if you live on the pc but it can handle it otherwise.

I received one unit where the 1TB HD died within an hour. This sort of thing happens. Kudos to Amazon Customer Service for accepting the defective laptop back- I promptly received a replacement.The frame rate on this laptop exceeded my expectations. On my favorite game (World of Tanks) I get 80+ frames/sec with everything maxed out. There is no fan noise and the unit does not get particularly warm- the heat goes out the back. The audio is clear, loud and well balanced. It even has a 2 inch woofer, assuming you think something that size can "woof".This laptop does not have a DVD drive, a problem which is easily solved with this unit:

The Windows 10 Home gave me the blue screen of death almost immediately out of the box. The 1 year warranty that Dell provides does not cover this type of software issue. When I contacted Dell I had to pay for a software support. Once support completed repairs, it worked fine. If I had purchased straight from Dell I would not have had this issue. Because of the software failure I spent $239.00 more when I bought from Amazon.

My only complaint is this does not have a DVD player and I wasn't aware of that. I assumed CD/DVD drive stock on any computer these days. Not so. Now that I re-read the specs the DVD player is simply omitted. It would have been more clear if it was listed and the value of NONE were in the specs. I would still buy this machine again, but knowing that I need to also buy an external DVD drive.

The frist time I open it, the windows system have already worked out and needed me to reset everything. That was disappointing.
