Daikin is market leader both in personal and commercial cooling solution. The R32 gas has the lower global warming potential compared to R410a. It is claimed to be more efficient than R410a also. R410a is a basically a mixture of r32 + r125. Beware to check the gas used in your compressor as r22 has to be phased out and still many good brands are still selling it.

No doubt about quality of product. Daikin is best in AC brands. But the only problem is with installation & warranty. If you do installation by any local person or other installation Service provider than your warranty is Spoils. You must have to install it by Brand if you want warranty.

Product is good, but installation partner is pathetic ...

delivery was quick. thanks to flipkart. but installation was pathetic. local inexperienced guys. they are not professional s. they don't know how to install ac,s. so installation is a big hassle.

I have purchased on 12th March 2018 and installed on 18th March 2018, after approx 100 hours of operation cooling problem arise. I have logged my complaint to customer care, after more than 30 hours from logging the complaint no body contact me. So please think twice to go for Daikin AC.

Daikin is obviously a good product. But this review is for seller who sent me 1ton indoor unit and 1.5 ton out door unit which are not compatible for installation.
