This is a standout AC by Daikin..Its USP is the R32 refrigerant which has an ozone depletion rating of 575 compared to R32 & R410 which are above 1800.It's consumption rating is much less than the other models with a total consumption of 1133 wattsComing to the AC, it's a strongly built ac..The unit is pure copper n the ac is 5 star 2020 BEE rating certified.I got it installed from the local vendor as the charges were low.It cools within 4 mins for a 10 x 14 roomThe dry mode is fixed at 24 degrees for energy efficiencyThe cool mode is from 18 to 32 degreesThe air throw is around 10 feet..N 3 fan speed options r thereGood sleep option is there which senses the optimum temperatureTimer can be adjusted from 1 to 9 hoursOverall..It's the best 5 star window ac as of now..Only O general AC can compete with it..But it comes in 3 star variant only for window ac versionI bought it for 28400/-The only drawback with diakin is that it has a 4 year compressor warranty whereas standard warranty for most ACS is 5 years...Go for it guys..its a chillazone monster..diakin might be a bit expensive but the quality speaks for itself

Noice lelev is so High but cooling is ok

And 1 star for the installation done by JEEVES. They had very little skill. There were gaps around the AC and even MCB wasn't installed properly. Product is good but the mandatory installation by FLIPKART is way too much to tolerate.

I bought this ac 2 days back and till now no one called for installation from Daikin. We can say poor after sales service.

The installation was done in the most pathetic way possible with gaps on all the side.
