Terrible experience of using Daikin AC's multiple times. I regret buying them, time and again the different machines I have bought have let me down. Keep having some trouble with them now and then. I strongly suggest you look for other options. Am never buying Daikin again ever.

My 1.8 ton inverter AC got breakdown and it's being 15 days since the breakdown complaint is raise with Daikin, but no bother to attend the call even no call from Daikin. I tried on Instagram but of no help.

Hi. Im a lecturer of Biology. I bought the Daikin hot n cold AC 1.5 ton @40000, in 2021. since then Have been calling service centre only-- once a part got damaged. then 4 times gas leaked. This June again, there was no gas... Called service centre- they refused, bcz then dint know how to deal with it... got checked even by private, he filled in, assured me this would work-but aftr 10 days again-there is no gas.. and now its even not getting on. WHAT TYPE OF COMPANY IS IT??? SO CALLED BEST IN AC INDUSTRY???? IS ANYONE HEARING????

I bought daikin inverter and from starting itself product is damaged company not providing efficient service. recently again all parts get damaged suddenly and i called company serviceman he himself confuse. could not diagnose problem and they given parts replacement estimate of 20,000. i become foolish ,buying daikin inverter is worst decision . never buy Daikin inverter.its dustbin. waste of full money you spent on it. they recommond to buy new one and through this in scrap. how may i scrap my 40,000 invested in daikin inverter. Redflag for company intigrity and ethical practice towards customers.

Bought Diakin AC this year. Installation done was wrong. The AC is not working since installation. Company is not replacing the product even after repeated follow ups. There after sales service is pathetic. Better go for any brand but BIG NO FOR DIAKIN AC.

This Daikin AC is useless AC, Don't waste money in this , my experience in Daikin Ac from the day I brought we are getting lot of issues each and every time and worst response from Daikin service side, Don't buy this Daikin ac and waste your valuable money

Complaint Ref id DEL1707202227031027.Cx id is. 101668301 This complaint is pending from 17-07-22 and no solution from Daikin. Engineer came and told me that pcb is faulty and not coverd in warranty ac purchase July 2020. But ac sometime stop and again run in 4-5 hours. They told me that pcb is in stock and install on 19-07-22 but on 19-07-22 they told me pcb is not in stock take 2 more days. In this summer, no one leave without ac. Worst AC and worst service. Service Engineers make people fool

Very very bad impression Daikin service at srinagar location we have already purchased 28 ac but no service will provide from Daikin.In this month we have called more 200 times but no respond from Daikin end so my recommendation is to everyone don't purchase Daikin acs.

I'm not Satisfied with their services, they take money and don't provide services after taking money. This is not good for renowned company. I'll never suggest anyone for this company, they didn't provide their services.

No doubt from sales side, but service of daikin AC in jammu is pathetic, i have register cooling complaint two days back but still i have not received any response from service team, either daikin open their own service center in jammu or stop selling ACs until their service issue resolves, before purchasing daikin AC imagine if in today hot summer of 44 degree your AC breakdowns and you do not receive any response from daikin service team for consecutive two days, its my request to dealers to raise a issue to daikin company, otherwise it will only ruin name of Daikin in Jammu

i had bought 2 daikin split acs. both tend to develop gas leakage after 2 years.initially i thought it may be fault in a single machine, but recurrently have faulty machines from daikin seems to be their usual tendency.the after sales have been pathetic, which were a known fact, but even the quality of daikin ac's have gone for a toss, and is abominable now.never buy any daikin product if u want to live peacefully

Pathetic customer care service, no one is picking up calls, ignoring just because we are on gaurenty and they are not making money, never buy Daikin, doesn't come even after 50 calls

Within two years gas leaked and PCB needed replacing cost 7000 rs Useless company and its product

I purchased split ac from Daikin and found it to be of worst quality in terms of both products and services. Their technicians have no experience and do the installation of worst quality. I made so many complaints but still issues are there. I would suggest never buy products from Daikins as they are expensive and are of no quality.

The compressor burst after a year and nobody came for the repair for a month after so many calls and requests. Extremely horrible survice.would never recommend Daikin to anyone ever......

Did not attend the complaint even after a week and with several reminders...was charged just for visiting without attending the complaint

The AC looks too small in size as compared to the Voltas 1.5 ton. Would have been better if the company improves the size of the AC so that it throws cool air over a large area. Though the cooling it offers is ahhmazing. Cools the entire hall in 20 minutes.

Great price( this is the cheapest I could get in my city). Never expected to get a daikin air conditioner for this price. Prepare to pay extra for installation and accessories. You only get what you paid for and that?s pretty clear and evident on the discription. No complains with the unit till now. Used it for 2months now.

Good product. Satisfied with product and delivery. Also with installation procedure, but the charges are more than fixed, extra charges are of extra accesories required for installation not provided by company, approximately it must be calculated in the fixed charge provided by amzon/ company, besides it, best service!

Daikin product was good...But service people's r very bad...They r charging more money by telling scilly reasons...

The review is based on approx. 2 months usage experience.Pros1. The AC is 1.5 T and is installed in Drawing Room with an area of approx. 200 SF2. The room does not have direct sunlight on any wall but is shared with kitchen via a small lobby3. Every suggestion was for 2 T minimum but due to budget constraint, I went for 1.5 T4. The cooling is excellent and within 15 minutes you can feel the chills in the room5. The fan speed and throw is excellent and silent6. Comes with different modes as with other AC'sCons1. Fantastic Product from Daikin. Outdoor Unit is too silent and chills out too fast. Energy efficiency is good but not great. I bought this product from electronic shop for 42k. I only request Amazon to sell cheaper than shops so that customers can look after you. Regards to servicing of this AC I request you all better do from Urban Clap.

Great product fast cooling,power consumption is less than a unit per day, fully satisfied with product,no one can beat daikin.
