  No doubt from sales side, but service of daikin AC in jammu is pathetic, i have register cooling complaint two days back but still i have not received any response from service team, either daikin open their own service center in jammu or stop selling ACs until their service issue resolves, before purchasing daikin AC imagine if in today hot summer of 44 degree your AC breakdowns and you do not receive any response from daikin service team for consecutive two days, its my request to dealers to raise a issue to daikin company, otherwise it will only ruin name of Daikin in Jammu

  i had bought 2 daikin split acs. both tend to develop gas leakage after 2 years.initially i thought it may be fault in a single machine, but recurrently have faulty machines from daikin seems to be their usual tendency.the after sales have been pathetic, which were a known fact, but even the quality of daikin ac's have gone for a toss, and is abominable now.never buy any daikin product if u want to live peacefully

  Pathetic customer care service, no one is picking up calls, ignoring just because we are on gaurenty and they are not making money, never buy Daikin, doesn't come even after 50 calls

• Worst quality and services

  I purchased split ac from Daikin and found it to be of worst quality in terms of both products and services. Their technicians have no experience and do the installation of worst quality. I made so many complaints but still issues are there. I would suggest never buy products from Daikins as they are expensive and are of no quality.

  The compressor burst after a year and nobody came for the repair for a month after so many calls and requests. Extremely horrible survice.would never recommend Daikin to anyone ever......

  The AC looks too small in size as compared to the Voltas 1.5 ton. Would have been better if the company improves the size of the AC so that it throws cool air over a large area. Though the cooling it offers is ahhmazing. Cools the entire hall in 20 minutes.

  Great price( this is the cheapest I could get in my city). Never expected to get a daikin air conditioner for this price. Prepare to pay extra for installation and accessories. You only get what you paid for and that?s pretty clear and evident on the discription. No complains with the unit till now. Used it for 2months now.

  Good product. Satisfied with product and delivery. Also with installation procedure, but the charges are more than fixed, extra charges are of extra accesories required for installation not provided by company, approximately it must be calculated in the fixed charge provided by amzon/ company, besides it, best service!
