Replacing an carrier wasn't an easy decision, but so far this particular unit is nothing but amazing. it's been on trial for a week now and true potential can be only be reviewed after April, This is a initial Review and will be updated once the summer sets in and my place do get hot high 40's.Seller is supportive and shipping was quick and landed well within time.Edit: 11-MayThis unit is amazing Daikin has really mastered the inverter tech. very silent but powerful unit. i hardly found the need to go below 24c and temperatures are already touching low 40s. so far no issues and fitting was done by an authorised Daikin technicians without any effort. well worth the money!I see people complaining about foul odor coming from the vents, use an air disinfector once every 30-40days. its a must for any A.C and will keep the bacteria away.

The coil leaked with 7 months. Though it was replaced under warranty I have lost confidence in the product. Further it took one week for the authorised service dealer to respond.

It's a world class product, beyond doubt!

AC is good ...cooling is perfect...electricity consumption is less ....air throw of AC is superb..go for it..bt remember before buying inverter AC the room size should be kept in mind where it has to be employed otherwise there will be no proper cooling.

Ordered this ac 2 months ago from a shop. I can say that the delivery & installation was up to the mark. For installation you need to be very specific. Otherwise the installation cost gets too high. Coming back to the product and it's cooling amazing product. Cooling is amazing with some amazing features.

Don't buy any daikin product ....Very worst service....

Daikin service is poor! They don't have an exchange policy even if the product is under warranty. We bought this inverter AC 6 months back. It's well under warranty, and one day it stopped working. We asked the service team to visit, they visited multiple times but couldn't understand the issue. We asked for a exchange and they say they don't have a policy. This means they will continue to do RnD on our AC till it appears to be repaired. And by that time if the warranty is expired. All our money is down the drain. Please read the after sale support/service policy carefully.
