In 2 star ac the coil thickness is very good compared to 5 star so curret bill also more but 5 star the coil thickness is very less so energy consumption is less that's the matter

Very good AC. I was approached by Daikin for installation, which I didn't avail. Therefore, it wouldn't be fair to indicate any installation issues. Coming to the performance, it does more than a decent job for its installed in our community hall, which is about 250 sq. feets and located on ground floor. Though it's performance needs to be tested during peak summer months next season but it cools the room as per my expectations. I would put it's performance just below the premium brands like ETA General and Mitsubishi, but it's more than a cracker of a deal for just 31K. The vacuuming of the line is very important before gas charging, which was meticulously done by my local technician. The sound level of both the indoor and outdoor units are also quite low and Cloudtail delivery is also top class. Overall you get more than you pay for.

We got it delivered very quickly, the installation team came on the very same day to fix it also. Happy with the product so far.Things to note for next buyers - Please make sure you purchase a good A/c Stabilizer (V Guard may be, which costed about Rs. 1800 for me) and couple of meters extra 3 core cable of 2.5 plus some white cement and a 15 amps plug point. The installation team do not carry all these items and since it is a non invert-er model, it is suggested to have a stabilizer.

Product is very good and it was delivered very next day. even the AC was installed very next day of the delivery. so with in 2 days of delivery i could use it in the peak summer. Very satified.

The cooling is worst than a 1 ton LG/Llyod A/c, definitely not good product. Rather add a few more thousands and go for a better brand.

The AC was delivered on 7-1-2019. But till date, 17-1-2019, 13:45 hrs, installation is not done. The purpose of buying the AC is defeated. Awful service by Amazon.
