No senior person comes on line. Only CS executives who talk like a parrot. In my case water auto refill nozzle was if 12 mm size where as it should be of 15 mm size. I had to change myself the float to make it connect with tap water. Jeeves technicians are un trained and un professional. Thru do not bother. No mib number of any senior person given Horrible
