PART-IGood product at this price. Battery backup is good. Memory should be increased. Suitable to carry & work. May be problematic opening multiple tab at a time. Purchased on March 24, 2018.PART-IIGoes out of order after 6 months or so. Tried to repair from customer service but isn't available near my residence in Kolkata. Have to send it to customer care service in Mumbai through Currier with expense of RS. 600/-. But they didn't provide the required service and send it back to me unrepaired. Found that Mother Board goes out of order and doesn't start at all. So, total waste of money and labour.My advice not to trust such type of company and their products. Go for branded one like HP, Dell,Acer etc. with some more expense. They will provide you the gurantee of product and service.

This laptop doesn't boot up. It's restarts everytime.
