I loved it, it is very ease to move from one room to another, we can access this very easily with the remote, I am getting awesome cooling by adding ice cubes and cool water, no need to worry about the space, it gives you a pleasant sleep, I couldn't get over from the sleep and very less weight, Finally giving big thumbs up to this product.

fantastic faboules gorgeous it is cool my big hall it have 50 liter tank that is very good motor for water is best one side open and all close design best remote is small like dth remote but very fast it is not a cooler it is smart cooler 1 best design 2 button like washing machine on top 3 separate whole for pipe and ice cube 4 remote control 5 water goes to 8 to 10 hours 6 you can use it for a office also 7 but delivery and delivery person is best so good thanks to delivery or the shoppkeeper

Worst experience buying this product.. saw the reviews and got impressed.. but later when we bought they delivered this product with an incompatible wheels which doesn't suit this model .. and cooling is also not much effective.. when we planned to return it they jus said pick up is not available in my address.. seeing it's "Amazon fulfilled " I bought it thinking they'll take care of all issues concerned with this purchase .. but I was cheated ... Please be aware before buying such a big product in Amazon..

Very badly packed. Missing warranty card and instruction manual. Wrong wheel sent.

Cooling is not effective as expected. And swing function is not working properly. Sometimes, it stuck on the way.

This is not an air cooler. It just blows air it doesn't cool. I have tried difference combinations sometimes putting less water and sometimes full water but it doesn't work. It only blows air and nothing more than that. I called customer service and the service representative on the phone said it will cool sir and they did not do anything. I would not recommend anyone buying this product.

Not worth for money

I had no previous experience of living with the high temperatures we have this summer in Pune (more than 40 degrees for several hours a day). Our department has a good air conditioning system, but the cost of electricity is exaggeratedly, absurdly high, so the purchase of an air cooler was rather an experiment. The cooler turned out to be just a good fan, but it's expensive (and noisy) for that. Adding some ice is useless.

Product otherwise good, but one of the parts (auto-swing) NOT WORKING. No Customer-support from the online team even after registering the product fro warranty. Has been 7 days since lodging online complaint but N RESPONSE whatsoever.
