Very nice product. I am writing this after using this product for one year.Cools very good.

Bought this for 9k, working fine with out any issues, delivered with good packing, cooling entire room with in few minutes, as this is an analog version cooler there is no remote and no honeycomb pads . If you need these, just go with igloo plus model.

After 3 months usage giving review for this, really excellent, low noise , best cool, build quality is superb, no issues sofar, really awesome. Thanks to seller nd Flipkart.

I liked it, superb designer look, very low noise, effective cooling and with remote control. It took one week for delivery from Hyderabad to Delhi. Thanks Flipkart, that it was packed nicely and delivered without a single scratch.

Product is good but when I receive it's water pump was not working. I think cello should check why same problem coming in this product.

Worst product - pump doesn't work. Unfortunately, we could not check until 15 days of delivery and realized later and the return window was closed.On registering a complaint at Cello toll free number, got a repose in 5 days. By that time, I had gotten repaired it on my on cost.Either ways it has a a dud pump - no cooling at all, since upward water push is negligible.Do not buy this product

Pump not working, cello customer care not picking phone, it's pathetic. Shame on Amazon for sending defect product

I got the cooler delivered on time but pump is not working. Its just like i have purchased a fan in rs.7k. Pathetic. Have to try calling cello call center number as amazon customer service is of no much help.
