Very Good cooler. When I got it, the pump was not functional. I had return window left for 10 days. I took my chance by calling up the cello customer care and they sent a technician within 48 hrs. It turns out the water pump was not attached to the pipe it was not a defect but a simple disconnect which could have happened during transportation. Now I have a really good cooler which is good enough for two people. 5/5 for Cello after sales service.

Very good product. Perfect for personal usage

I have been using this cooler for one year. Though it is manually accessible but value for money.

I previously used symphony 12T & now ordered this one. Power & throughput vice I can see cello is better & gives better cooling. Overall I am satisfied & the only thing which is concerning is the quality of the rollers.Just go for it if you used any other tower cooler & want a better one then this one is a right choice.

Really good product with this lower price as compared to other brands. I have visited the off line stores before buying this item. The most important thing to consider is the air flow is very smooth and cool. It throws air nearly 5 meters. I found it is worthful to invest in Cello.
