NO COMPLAINTS WITH PRODUCT. WORTH BUYING. I HV 3 ACs N ALL FROM CARRIER. AFTER SERVICE IS ALSO GOOD. BUT COMPANY HV OUTSOURCE INSTALLATION. NOW IN THIS CASE THE OUTSOURCED PARTY FURTHER OUTSOURCED SOMEONE ELSE N HE GAVE ALL POSDINLE PAIN ON CAN EXTEND. THE INSTALLATION WAS KIND OF BLACKMAILING. HAD NO CHOICE. DELIVERY WAS EXACTLY ON TIME. PRICE N DISCOUNT WAS ALSO SATISFACTORY. PRODUCT IS SIMPLY WOW.

Pros : Very very very low noise. Cools the room very fast. LED display: we can use as bed light. (we can turn off) Flexi cool option will help energy saving Scheduled delivery and installation from Flipkart. Cons: No horizontal swing No backlit light in remote Installation guys won't listen to our thoughts. Breaks the window screws. While fixing the window, they just hammered the screws which leads to damage wooden frame. They dropped Tape, wrench from 3rd floor (0* for installation team)

Very slowly cooling, below expectations

I order two Acs from carrier together. Within a week both has some issues, thy dont pick up remote the other doesnt cool at all. 2 ton ac from carrier does cooling like 0.5 ton ac from azure or mistubishi . Very bad. Dont buy carrier

When it worked it worked perfectly. But after 3 months error E1 appeared. We need to replace pcb which is half the price of ac.
