Good

OMG! I was worried that I bought this 2 Ton AC for a ridiculously large office room, I though this won't work. The room has seating space for 15 people and I thought it would need at least 2 Air conditioners of 1.5 Tons, but this AC worked very well.The Amazon guys that needed to install didn't contact me for a long time, that needs to be fixed I guess. Besides that I don't think there is a better AC of this capacity. Its cheaper than most and works very well.

Its outer unit is very very big it occupied my 3�6 space in the gallery so before ordering just think u have ample of space and u cant hang on building wall or ur house wall coz its heavy for still if u want to hang on wall then ur wall should be strong and u need to pay for the strong stand rest performance is good

Apart from installation product is good.

Very poor and delayed installation. The AC installation was done with team AC still not working.

Installation has been taken 15 day from date of purchase. Quality is good.

A Hot experience:Delivered on 20thInstalled on abt 28thN here is the hot part... Yet to be functional.... So much for the cool carrier experience... A visit by the technician takes over a week after registering a complaint.... And over two weeks and yet to be resolved and I was under the impression I was buying a good product... It reinforced my belief in not to purchase expensive items from Amazon as they are only facilitators with absolutely no responsibility whatsoever.... It's almost a month and I am unable to comment on the actual product... It's just the experience n it's horrendous... I hope I get relief before the summers are over
