Excellent item but installation is an issue.

The product was delivered in 24hrs n installed in 48 hrs. Living in Delhi.The AC cooling is even n effective in the hall n air flow is reaching 15m. The Demo of the AC is on Call by Carrier and the guys came in time n were polite.There is no side swing in the AC air flow.I am happy & satisfied with the product.

Excellent product.We were looking at carrier 2 ton a.c. without inverter since this was.going to our my living area it's going to be limited use. Amazon was better in cost wise and I would thanks to carrier teamAfter delivery next day got installation call and within 48 hrs installation was done.Installation guys were groomed properly and have all mandatory pre requisites and after installation proper guidelines of use of productIn fact in becoming I was worried after reading reviews but now perception has changed totally.I would recommend to buy this product

Outdoor unit was little damaged from one of the foot.

I have booked 4 sanyo 2 ton and 2 carrier 2 ton.Same all delivered on 15th august..but one carrier Ac split blower is not working..i am tried to cont you and carrier but not reachable..plz shoutout this issue asap..

The copper pipes for connection of inner and outer units have not been found in both boxes . where as it is mention that it will be supplied with order.they are found missing from the packets.

It?s not getting cold. Worst service from Installation team

I have been waiting for 2 hrous 9 mins after I was given a time of Installation. And no one has turned up , Nor does eany body now about when the installation will be doneEVen if the product is good, cant say after you have such bitter Unhumany experiences.The AC technician turned up at 7 PM on 23rd may, completed installation at 10:15 PM and on top of that the AC is not cooling.I guess one of the worst experiences with Amazon. and no one from the Amazon is ready to respond accept we will replace the defective product

Display is faulty displays any number sometimes 12 sometimes 47 ...which is impossible within one month of buying had to call technicians for fault...installation has been outsourced to some NR solutions ...terrible ppl who came to install

AC is giving problems since its installation as gas is leaking again and again.Engineers from carrier have no idea and they just fill the gas again.Regretting my decision to buy ac from carrier.Not recommending this ac to anyone
