I did some research before ordering a split AC for my big Hall. Lots of people suggested me different brands including Carrier. I ordered this AC as was getting a good deal on Amazon. I received this in 2-3 days and soon after got the installation done. The installation person was really skilled and knew his work.External unit is quiet heavy and sturdy. All pipes which were shipped along are solid copper pipes. Will post another review after using it for few months.So far it was a great experience both from Amazon and Carrier.

Working efficiently for 250sq ft area. Silent operation with keeping the room cool even at 24 degree celcius.

Great for my 220 Sq feet hall. And great discounted price. Awesome cooling. My town Instalation person very calm and well minded intelligent. Instalation cost only Rs 500. Immediately cooling my Hall. Thanks Carrier Thanks Amazon and also thanks to Instalation person.

Overall product is awesome at this price. It doesn't take much time to cool my hall. I am just disappointed with remote, Display is not good. Rating is 4 star for the product. Installation was fine by Carrier technician. They charged 500 for normal installation plus 700 for outer stand. I think company should provide these stands as a part of the product. Since it is mandate to have the outer stand.

The cooling is not much effective.

Nice product. However the installation by service team is not great. Firstly the technician was not professional and couldn?t help clarifying all questions patiently. Cooling wasn?t effective during peak summer and I couldn?t get any help from them.

While the product is good so far, I feel really short charged on installation as the guy who came for installation took 8000 inr for what should and was a very simple installation. The quality of installation was also shoddy. And he did not even provide a receipt for the 8K

Troubling in shut down, over heating, wire joints burned twice done by carrier employees.

Pathetic product. Not working well within 3 months of purchase. Frequently showing 'CL' error and stopping.

Aweful product and worse than imaginable service from Carrier. I bought the AC 1 month back and it is wrongly installed with water dripping once, gas leakage twice and 2 visits from the service person without any solution. I have to call and complain to the company call centre everyday but they direct me back to the same service centre people who are not ready to accept their mistake and not even file a replacement for the product. None of my mails are replied to.

Purchased in April 2019.Installation was not satisfactory. Remote not working properly. Outside unit has gas leakages, refilled 2 times in 4 months.

I truly regret my decision to buy the brand Carrier which I perceive to be one of the best brands as far as Air conditioning is concerned. The AC is faulty one month gone by the AC it is still not fixed despite umpteen follow ups done by me. One thing they excell is telling lie. I wish to give zero star but able to give as the app is not allowing it.

I had cancelled and the help given by the agent was excellent.

Worst product. I bought this on 7th March and today on 10 April, its not working.
