Excellent product with such price . Delivery given in 2 days duration of order and installation done on next day . Installation charge is little high . need to purchase outdoor brackets and raping tape extra charge (Total installation charge for me @ 2800/-). Overall performance is excellent . I bought the AC during a promo offer from Flipkart. Delivery and installation was in time. Will be able to give a detailed feedback after running the AC for few weeks. I have already ran the AC for more than 4 months. The Cooling capacity is good and no complaints so far

This AC (Ester Neo 2019) was delivered on time and installed on next day itself. Cost of Wall Bracket for ODU and Standard Installation Charges were to be borne separately. There ain't any vertical sweep function in this particular model. Overall, within this Price Range, the AC is good, Cooling is quick and effective. Not much Noisy. However, the outdoor Unit is quite Larger as compared to the whirlpool AC that I already own. Overall, a Good Buy and Timely Delivery and Installation service from Flipkart. Will definitely add to it, once I use this for some time.

It's cooling time within 10 minutes, chilled room. Outdoor unit Size is too large .Remote stand not received. Please add cost in your product and provide stand and draining pipe in your kit.

very prompt delivery and installation by flipcart... installation arranged just after next day of delivery and installation done very smoothly by the service provider...since it is very new so can't give any review as of now. however after using for 1-2 days I can say best deal. cooling is very fast and very less sound. will give more review after some days of usages.
