supper product amazingly silent both indoor and outdoor unit cools room short time no issues with product at all. But had worst experience of installation the guys came for installation was not seasoned there was no coordination in them. They came around 11.30 AM and left my house at 4.30 PM it take them 5 hrs. I was really frustrated they didn't know product in fo two times they attached AC Stand to wall and removed even it took them almost an hour to just hang the AC to wall. They didn't know functions of remote. When asked them about functions they could not tell me 2 line. In between they left to bring water pipe why????? Amazing product but carrier should really scrutinize their Vendors as ultimately dammzing their image. Thanks.

Very good product,No noise of outdoor unit. Quickly cools your room even if you set the temp @25.

Product quality is very good. Cooling very efficiently and silently. Against my old 1.5 tonne Window AC this is giving better cooling. I already have one more Carrier Window AC working for last 15 years very efficiently without noise. There is some confusion about Guarantee period. Manual and Guarantee card supplied for Normal Split AC and not Inverter models.Guarantee card specifies 1+4 years warrnty against 10 Years on AC panel and product description. Also AC indoor unit panel indicates 1+1 years total warranty. No response from carrier customer care against my mail complaint.

Good AC. No issue reported. I using since from one month. Ideal AC for 10x11 room. But no flow me or 3D cooling features.

Using it since last 5 months. It takes time to cool a room of about 100 sq. Ft. in turbo mode. But once cooled to set temperature maintains it till switched off.Less noisy and good buy.However get it installed through a good technician.
