  supper product amazingly silent both indoor and outdoor unit cools room short time no issues with product at all. But had worst experience of installation the guys came for installation was not seasoned there was no coordination in them. They came around 11.30 AM and left my house at 4.30 PM it take them 5 hrs. I was really frustrated they didn't know product in fo two times they attached AC Stand to wall and removed even it took them almost an hour to just hang the AC to wall. They didn't know functions of remote. When asked them about functions they could not tell me 2 line. In between they left to bring water pipe why????? Amazing product but carrier should really scrutinize their Vendors as ultimately dammzing their image. Thanks.

  Very good product,No noise of outdoor unit. Quickly cools your room even if you set the temp @25.
