I am using this product for a day ,it cools nicely ,a bit of noise but tolerable..Would recommend everyone to buy split AC which is affordable and durable.. Among the AC's available in the indian market go for carrier without any hesitation

I bought this 1 ton unit for my houses's smallest room, the indoor and outdoor unit sizes are very compact and looks very nice and not at all bulky. Carrier installed the units perfectly without much hassle. Cooling is apt for 1 ton capacity, only one thing could have been better is the air flow power, it could have been more powerful but yes the blower is very quiet though.Overall very happy with overall experience.

Amazon delivered on time. Had to call Carrier customer care to arrange installation..Cost of installation is somewhere around 4500 to 6000 dependinv on length of copper pipe needed.Which includes1500 installation charges750 for stand. (Outdoor unit stand not provided with AC so charged extra).*OVERALL GOOD AND PROMPT RESPONSE FROM AMAZON AS WELL AS CARRIER TEAM

Delivery from Amazon end was really good.Carrier India have been very poor on their side of the system.Installation was a tedious process, within three months of installation we had a compressor gas leakage??? which took almost two weeks to fix???The service engineer who came from Carrier India side himself made a wrong part entry in the job sheet???Overall very poor service from Carrier India side....
