  It's almost 5 months now we are using this AC, please check our experience with same....Hopefully it will help you. *Positive Points --> 1= AC looks and features are good, the LED indicators light is added advantage. 2= My room situated at top floor of the building, so it was very difficult to complete installation process but team carrier did this part professionally, and also give proper demo of respective Ac functions. 3= Regarding cooling process, it will take 30-40 minutes to cool the room completely and it's automatically sense required cooling required in room and automatically adjust temperature. 4= Follow Me feature is added advantage for small family. 5= it's auto clean feature makes your life easier, as it will automatically clean it's system. *Negative Points --> 1=Please start earning some extra money, as your Electricity Bill will increase suddenly, almost in 4 digits. 2= Please insure you will not use Flipkart installation services, as those guys response is pathetic, please use Carrier Services for any services, it is bit expensive but it's worth it . Rest all good with this AC, enjoy winter in summer season....Cheers

  AC is good but Service support of Carrier is pathetic they do not bother to call you even upto 2 days once you registered your complain.

• Bad quality AC with lots of issues

  Pros: cooling is very good until it lasts.Cons: don?t go for the inverter tech hype, bought this ac mainly due to the fact that I have a non-inverter carrier which is running for 8+ years without issues.After the warranty got expired, started having severe and repeated dust clogging issues in the indoor unit fan, got that fixed multiple times, despite the fact that I clean the filters routinely. Then gas leakage issues.More surprises inverter tech is expensive to repair.Carrier quality has gone down very bad, not worth a single star.Service: Carrier support technicians who come are horrible, they don?t resolve the issue properly, just come for the sake of visit.
