I bought at 39999 in the month of may 21. Initially delivered in 2 days and installation done on next day.Service cost: 1200 INR , 800 INR for stand, 250 INR for extra outlet pipe.Installation:work perfectly. measure correctly and also came with drill machine. done in 1.5 hour.Pros:1. Chill weather in 5-10 minutes and after 30 minutes ac automatically turn down cooling capacity because it is an inverter ac.2. after turned off ac will take 3-4 minute for self clean.3. works well with turbo mode, follow me mode.Cons:1. Swing is left 25 degree from the bottom.2. Remote is quite complex. advice to kindly understand from the installation team.o

Very good product. After good performance by previous two AC bought one more replacing a pathetic inverter AC by Samsung. Carrier AC is really a worth product with true value for money.

I extermely liked this product. It has R32 refrigerant which is eco-friendly and more efficient than the R410A. Also the Annual Power Consumption is very less which is the benefit rarely found in the Air Conditioners nowadays.The main issue is, that the company(Carrier) was displaying free installation service till 31st March, on 15th March. But today, the 16th of March, 2019, they simply removed the service. This is a major issue faced by many customers. Even without informing the customer about the end of the service, they removed it. This needs to stop!If the company still reverts back to the free installation service, I will definitely make up my mind in order to buy the product.

Chills the room very quickly and is very silent while operation. The 1.5 ton is really very helpful during harsh Indian summer months

Very good one, Chills my 140 Square feet room very quickly. Noise level is in very acceptable range no issue for me. Installation scheduled by Amazon and performed by Carrier . No issue because I had the holes for pipes already. Installation persons themselves cleaned the room after installation. since it is inverter AC they even didn't pushed me to buy an stabilizer. Installation price is 500 at last and happy that everything went smoothly. Received AC on 31 March and got installed on 2nd April.Since it is only 2 days by now I don't know about the electricity consumption, I will write it after I receive the bill.

We ordered this Carrier Esko Neo Inverter AC after a lot of research and comparison among various leading brands including Daikin, Hitachi, Toshiba and Mitsubishi. Comparing these AC giants is really a mammoth task, and you have to go through all this trouble when you are going to choose a reliable, efficient and long lasting AC. After technical considerations, we narrowed down our choice to Daikin and Carrier. (We were initially inclined towards Hitachi, but after going through various reviews, we decided against it). Technically Carrier seemed a better choice, buy the only thing going against Carrier were the negative reviews regarding its installation service. A lot many people have mentioned that they had to go through a lot of trouble for installation. Many have also mentioned that they had to pay extra money. Fortunately we did not have to face any such issue. The company assigned installation technician the very next day of delivery. (Although I had to call the customer care for follow-up). The technicians assigned were really knowledgeable, co-operative, humble, sincere and experts in their job. They did their job perfectly. Ofcourse we had to pay for the extra materials which are not supplied with the AC, such as Stabilizer, Power-plug (20 amp), AC stand for outdoor unit, extra connecting cable and extra drain pipe. Besides these items they charged standard installation fee of ₹499. Overall expenses of installation (including installation fee, and excluding stabilizer) was approx. ₹2000, and receipt of the entire amount was given to us.As for as working of the AC is concerned, its amazing and is working flawlessly. The cooling is quick and efficient. The indoor unit is almost silent and the unit displays the temperature. Looks are sleek and trendy. Carrier also gives warranty of device for 2 years and of compressor for 10 years, which is double of most leading brands.Overall we are extremely happy and totally satisfied with this purchase. 5/5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Thanks Amazon and Thanks Carrier. 👍👍👍

I am using this Air Conditioner from last 5 months and I am really happy with this product.The installation was on time, I have just called them and booked an appointment.The main part of the Air conditioning system is its energy efficiency, and I am submitting the photos of my electric meter (Its a sub meter but I have cross checked the reading on main meter also)also so you guys can see the actual electric consumption of this model.It consumes 1-2 units for 8 hrs of usage at 26 degree celsius on Auto mode, noice level is zero and the product is value for money.Thank you Amazon and Carrier.
