Yes guys....I'm not joking, I have installed carrier AC in my shop with outdoor unit in the corridor where we get continue waterfall from the outdoor unit falling on our head .The company is not taking any responsibility for the problem and says it is normal to have this kind of waterfall.I have LG AC which works best with no leakage. Carrier service is WORST

Excellent performance. Cools the room quickly, both the indoor and the outdoor units make very little sound. Installation experience was good. They charge extra for stand fitting.

Product is amazing, cooling is fast, however no one has turned up for free services till now, although got an SMS twice for the same.

I have been a blue star customer for last 10 years, but wanted to consider Carrier this time and it was a wise decision. Have been using this for last 4-5 days and it has been quite a cool experience :)I see lot of negative reviews on the installation, but i guess those are based on the order timeline, i.e. when the order was placed in summer time, which is peak time, the installation timelines may not have been met. But for me it was quick and easy... this is my experience out of Hyderabad. Product is really good, cools very well even in 28 deg.. doesnt take much time to cool and most impressive part is the electricity consumption. What we noticed is it takes equavalent / less than a ceiling fan electricity consumption. Yes, i too was shocked to observe it.. i checked this for 2-3 days. I would say go for this AC and you would not regret it.. Carrier stands out...

Very nice AC. Since installation there have been no issues, have used it for 6 months so far. The cooling is fast and effective. Able to beat the heat waves. Well done Amazon in providing such wonderful product.
