    I had received this AC in damaged condition. I had requested for a replacement. But still after 20 days I coudnt find any improvement in my issue. The damaged AC is still lying in my hall. Felling very worse for purchasing in FLIPCART.

    Not satisfied with the performance of the ac. There is a very heavy noise once we start the ac. We have complained to the customer care of the Carrier Aircon 4-5 time during past 15 days bu no solution has come out till now.Request you to please look into it and replace the ac - for which we shall be thankful to you indeed.
