Cools fast, simple remote control.Eco mode doesn?t cool efficiently, cuts off compressor earlier not giving enough comfortable temp. End up using cool modego for 5 star instead of 3, although it runs for less than 8 hrs

Product is good installation service is good.But installation charge is very high than other companies.

I am using this ac for the last 3 days..it wan an excellent purchase.chills room in 3 minutes, take 8 units in 8 hours, no noise and everybody knows carrier is the king of ac ..Dont think and go for it..only keep it mind that insallation should be good and done by perfect engineer....

i bought carrier ac 1.5 ton on 5 th may 05.05.2021 the product was very good installation done by the next day itself 06.05.2021. the carrier company service was excellent perfect installation they have charged 2580 including out door unit stand. They have taken 2 hours only for installation. thank you amazon and seller.

Been using since 15 days... Cooling is good.. Noise level is well within control.. My room size is 150 Sq ft.. Always make sure the indoor unit is installed in the middle of the wall, facing towards your bed or couch,to get max cooling effect.

As you all know Carrier is the King of AC, I have been using a Carrier unit for last 8 years that is still performing well which made me to shortlist this one. The previous one had a silent indoor unit whereas outdoor unit was noisy. But the new one is silent (both indoor and outdoor units), cooling rate is good and fast. Installation was good, some features like service reminder are available in AC. Follow on and sleep mode are useful. Overall a good product.

The installation done well. No idea the unit come with PCB warranty or not, only I can see 10 year compressor and 1 year on product. In most brands offering 5 years on PCB. It is good to know if someone know this information of warranty in PCB? Good performance in cooling.

Every thing is fine but out door system has no stand. That's very problemtic ,

PERS FOR INSTALLATION DID A POOR JOB . HE CHARGED RS 3000/- AND INSTALLED THE EXTERNAL UNIT ON GROUND . HE SAID HE IS NOT CARRAYING ANY BRACKETS TO MOUNT ON THE WALL AND CONVINCED EVEYONE THAT INSTALLING THE EXTERNEL UNIT ON GROUND IS THE BEST OPTION -HE DID NOT CONNECT THE MAIN UNIT TO THE POWER SUPPLY AS THE WIRE WAS SHORT.HE SWITCHED ON THE AC AND GOT IT TESTED WITH HIS OWN EXTENSION CORD AND LEFT WITHOUT HANDING OVER ANY RECIEPT OR INVOICE FOR RS 3000/- CHARGED. ON CONTACTING HE SAID HE WILL FWD THE SAME ON WHATSAPP BUT FAILED TO DO SO FAR.BAD INSTALLLATION EXPERIENCE. HE REACHED LATE IN THE EVENING AND WAS IN A HURRY TO LEAVE SOON.I WAS away at duty for few days.thanxSanjeev Pathania

Technician are inexperienced and careless.everything they are doing forcefully. Due to their carelessness my newly floor tiles got cracked, make huge hole in wall to pass 2 pipes, one pipe banding by his leg so careless. I am very much disappointed with the services. They are not even regretting for the damage instead of saying it happens. They should be named as labour not a technician.
