Last year bought carrier Duraedge 1.5 T and this year needed a inverter and bought this product .. was installed within a day of delivery .. thank you carrier and amazon and AC is fantastic ... perfect chilling at 24 and will see how the electricity bill fares up next month post installation

The ac takes 15 minutes to shut down after we have turned off using the remote. Rather long..... In today's age, it's a waste of time to simply wait for 15 min before we could turn off the main switch

Like this product, you can go ahead with this but sometime noise is high but overall value for money.

Maintains tem@26c at max cooling,.not sure if I installation issue or summer but even after 1hr vmcant expect the temperature at high level.

It's been two years from purchase within1 year main board of indoor unit replaced and with in 9 months again cl error recieved for which board has to be revoked with approx cost of 3 thousand hence not recommending this product to purchase. We have purchased this product only because of carrier brand but very disappointed.

Very low cooling and power consumption high 15 unit day.because my 12 year old onida 1 ton is better cooling.and my delivered is used old remot in no energy saving mod.

Internal wire are not connected and AC is not in Woking position. Got defective product.

The product is not functional till now. The installation guy did not stalled the product fully.

I can clearly hear the fan working of the indoor Split Ac , it?s noisy. After having several calls made to carrier service Center , still my issues are not resolved. I?m editing this post again , MY AC HAS NOW STOPPED WORKING AND CARRIER ARE NOT PROVIDING AKY IMMEDIATE SUPPORT

No cooling. complained 3 times with Carrier and no response yet. Its has 2 years warranty but what is the point of no response.Installation cost is high.

The product was delivered without the default 3 mt copper wire nor any connection wires or plug point. Had to churn out extra Rs.3100 in addition to the installation charges of Rs. 500.The reduced price seems to be just a marketing gimmick.

Hope less customer service from carrier, gas leaked within few months due to faulty installation and warranty period is only one year. 37k gone down the drain, better to buy bends like Samsung and LG. Will never recommend it to any one.

Sir,Carrier people are selling their life capacity AC. The one they supplied is at the most 0.75T to 1T capacity. They sold me laballing it as 1.5T. the temperature in the room is not coming below 24 or 23 degrees in spite of switching on for 5to 6 hours on turbo mode and cool mode. This is a worthless and useless AC don't buy it.

To much power consuming....No feature of Inverter AC works at all.
