  This is a very good product from the inventor of the modern air conditioning, i.e., carrier. I am listing the pros and cons below:ProsVery silent AC : I haven't seen the actual db level but at the lowest fan speed setting you won't know if the ac is running.Energy efficient : The sleep mode works like a charm. It's very energy efficient.Remote : It was a pleasant surprise as the remote is backlit. No fidelling with the remote at night. One issue though, the remote does not seem to turn off at all.Cooling : It cools really well. My room is around 160 sq ft with high 11 feet roof and it gets cooled in around 10 mins. For low ceiling of 9 feet, even a 1 ton ac would work fine.I haven't used the flexi cool feature as of now.ConsNothing as of now. The ac works really well. But the price in Amazon is a bit high. I got it from the market at Rs 39000 plus Rs 1200 for installation. If you get it at this price, it becomes a steal deal.All in all great AC with awesome value.
