Hello All,We bought this AC on Apr 3rd and reached us on 7th Apr. I'm writing this review based on the usage in this 1Month.I got March 2021 model. Brand new one from Amazon. Thanks for speedy delivery. There was always confusion regarding installation whether Amazon will initiate to Carrier or We should do it. I called Carrier and booked for installation. Installation was prefect and they charged Rs. 999 +GST 18%. If we buy AC from offline market. Installation will be free from Carrier. Only since it's Amazon purchase, They charged for it.For Offline purchase = warranty is 1+5 years for compressorFor Amazon purchase = warranty is just 1 year. Its verified in Carrier warranty manual and toll free call center too.Installation of Outdoor stand will be 850rs + gst and copper pipe will be 625rs per meter. Fortunately we didn't required any accessories and paid only std charges.About performance: Noiseless is around 39db(indoor) and 52db(outdoor unit) measuring from distance of 1meter.Rapid cooling is very nice.Only disadvantage is Remote control. ITS ALWAYS ON. So battery drains out quickly. There is no option to turn off AC REMOTE which is really very bad. And there is a delay remote control function.

After a lot of research found this AC with perfect balance of cooling efficiency and low energy consumption. This 1.2 ton Carrier AC works perfectly in my 12x12 room. Cooling is awesome and consumes approx 2 units if run for 6 hours at night at 25 degrees. You need to run it for longer duration to get energy efficiency.Very happy with the service as well. Installation happened the next day. They charged 999/- us gst, plus 800/- for bracket for outdoor unit.There was an issue with the LCD of the remote and was replaced after lodging a ticket with their call center.

I like my carrier AC.

Excellent product but the remote is not radiant (night) only that disadvantage. Rest all good notice very minimal and cooling excellent.

This product is excellent in performance. I liked its minimalistic look, feature set is also best in similar price range. It is a copper machine and therefore more durable than the cheaper alloy or aluminum products

What is the status for AC installation

Remote control not working very well, temperatures level always showing 21 in remote control,and indoor units noise level is very high

I want carrier company to read this. It was my bad luck that I bought this AC from Amazon. It's no less than cooler for my 110sqft room. Not at all recommended as this AC doesn't know how to cool. Worst is the word for this

Most importantly, No copper pipe for gas is provided .

Price fluctuation , Steblelizer required. Remote not working , Copper wire missing lot of problems with carrier.
